Many motorbike enthusiasts fantasize about owning a Ducati Monster, a beloved model among the high-performance engines created by Italian manufacturers. With its simple yet stunning design, the Monster has become a favorite of many.
It's widely regarded as the bike responsible for the rise of performance-oriented naked bikes due to its distinct style. Recently, the new Ducati Monster was introduced, which generated mixed reviews because of the changes made by the company. Our partner at RideApart, Dustin Wheelen, has written an excellent review of the new Monster, which you should read.
Although this article doesn't focus on the new Monster, we wanted to mention it to highlight how sleek and well-crafted the Ristretto is.
This cafe racer was created by SR Corse, a custom shop located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and was originally a Ducati Monster S4RS before being transformed into a fierce and sporty bike by Brazilian mechanics.

What impressed us most about this creation was the seamless integration of all its components by SR Corse, resulting in a bike that appears as if it rolled off the factory floor. Additionally, this stunning machine boasts a variety of unique parts. One notable example is the boneline, which displays a heightened sense of aggression thanks to a customized tank and seat setup. This design choice also allows for more of the bike's trellis frame to be showcased - a feature that has been overlooked in recent versions of the Monster. Furthermore, the build's more compact cockpit gives it a sleek and athletic appearance that surpasses that of the stock S4RS.

The skilled team at SR Corse didn't make many modifications to the 998cc Testastretta L-Twin engine of the Monster S4RS. They simply installed a unique, asymmetrical exhaust system to enhance the bike's powerful rumble. With 130 horsepower at the ready, this machine is a force to be reckoned with. Additionally, the Ristretto model boasts a sleek carbon fiber clutch cover that adds a touch of sophistication and performance to the dry-clutch system. To top it off, SR Corse kept the top-of-the-line features of the Ducati Monster S4RS, including the Marchesini wheels and high-quality Ohlins suspension.
